Shipping Information

Shipping to Canada - Orders to Canada will require additional shipping cost.  Please email support@birdcagestoreandmore.com and we an get you a quote on Candian shipping charges. 

The BirdCageStoreandMore.com is dedicated to making sure you receive your orders promptly and in top condition. All orders have same day shipping, and you will receive your tracking number via email (please provide a valid email address when ordering). Shipments are given superior packaging to ensure you receive your order in the same condition that it was sent.

UPS Ground is used to ship orders weighing less than 200 LBS. 

For large cages weighing more than 200 LBS, freight service will be used for shipping.  The freight service providers are Yellow Freight, Coast to Coast and Central Freight.

We utilize numerous carriers to ensure the best price though large items are sent through freight carriers with tailgate service only. This service requires a 7-10 day delivery time.  If faster service is required, please contact us at support@birdcagestoreandmore.com and we will work to meet your needs.  Additional services may cost extra.
