Returns/Refund Policy

  • If the merchandise is defective, return the defective item, along with applicable paper work, to the A&E Cage Company Shipping Center (shipping center may provide pick-up on returns).  Another item will then be delivered in exchange.     
  • If a customer is not satisfied with the product, please contact support@birdcagestoreandmore.com.  We will work with you to provide a refund if possible.  Restocking fees will apply for any returns.  
  • Refunds are not typically given for items unless they are damaged or the wrong order was delivered.
